Online home loan calculator

More specifically a question for Rod, but if anyone else knows the answer then feel free to post it up.

I am looking for a home loan calculator on the net where you can change the minimum repayment amount and it will calculate the new end of loan time etc.

There are plenty which you put in amount, duration, and interest %, but they dont let you change the minimum amounts.

mate, I use my own companies simulators, so I don't often use the internet ones.

If you want to, just send me an email with the figures and I'll run some scenarios thru the computer on my end.

Suncorp web site has a loan repayment calculator where it will tell you how long it will take to pay off your loan with the repayments

These things irritate me and made me get a bit loose.

I'd aquired a largish some of money and looked at the payment calculators... Even with a 50k deposit I could still only get a 50K loan, and I haven't seen any houses that cheap...

(was only 50 borrow limit as I was an apprentice at the time)

So I went and started doing stupid stuff when I got layed off... LIke travelling, drinking, gambling, and buying stupid stuff....

A lesson learned they say, money never lasts forever... So next time, I'm gonna be a bit safer.. I hope.
