Any tips for fishing coffs harbour?

Heading down to coffs on friday for 4 days, taking a range of rods for all occasions just wondering if anyone has had a crack down there, im not taking the boat either so keen to do a bit of heavy landbased...

Try off the rocks at southern headland at Sawtell, near the rock pool. Have seen a massive spanish mack taken there

Along the breakwall heading out towards mutton bird island is a bit hit and miss, but can be good. Or if there is not alot of swell you can try the breakwall on the other ( southern ) side of the harbour.
