what sort of raysharkeagletoothed critter is this?

caught this today and had me stumped, eagle ray wings strange nose, weird square teeth, critter!!

I've really got no idea at all Awesome looking animal though!!

If no body else knows, I'd recommend sending those pictures to the museum to see if they've ever seen it before. Cool critter!

cheers steve! thhere was about 100 or more of them all climbing over each other and a huge radiuus of them. my poor lil soft plastics rod was foul hooked and screaming lol

In freshwater maybe. in saltwater usually know the common name or what Family it belongs to. I knew it was a Bull Ray and used references to find the Genus and species.
