Threadfin for sale

Guys just an FYI for those that are interested to know what threadfin is like on the chew, AJ's seafoods at mt gravatt currently have Thready Fillets for sale.

They dont get these very often at all, the fish has come from up Bowen way.

I was going to get some, but then saw the Blue Eye Trevalla that was fresh off the boat so went for that instead....

I dont have any affiliation with AJ's, i just always buy my seafood from there as they are the best seafood shop i have ever come across.

What is the address of this AJ's?

Not that I want threadie fillets , I have tried to find the fish shop once before and all I found was AV's or somthing at upper Mt gravvat, overpriced and small selection.

Do they sell pineapple fritters. Fritters are great after a few shandies.

DR there is a fruit shop right next door, i reckon if you bought a whole Piney the guys at VJ's would batter up some fritters for you..

Yeah VJ's are good. Their stuff is defintely fresh, I'm pretty sure they have their own trawler.

I've had some great Manjrove Jack fillets from there.

Only place i have found fish as fresh is Fish on fire down at Cleveland (in the stockland centre).

They have had some fresh deep sea cod there the last week and a bit and man it is just the best grilled...
