Boaties in Noosa area

Just wondering if there are any boaties in the Noosa area with experience of the Noosa bar and reefs in the Noosa and Mooloolaba areas would like to get some advice and information from you

Hi Dave,

I have no experience out of Noosa but fish quite a bit out of Mooloolaba. What kind of info where you after?

I am also keen to get the hang of fishing out of Noosa as from what I hav heard very is some very good ground thats not too far offshore. Saturday looks like a good day to head out of Noosa bar with Southerly swell and a high tide in the morning.

I know Moolloolaba is a safe access to the ocean but I've got very limited experience and confidence in going out basically I'm looking for someone to come out with me in my boat who has experience in the area. I've got the boat but not getting much experience with it Should get some this weekend in the Moreton Bay Classic but thats in the Bay not open waters.

Tugger has taken me out with him out of Straddie but that was crossing the Bar and I know I'm not ready for that sort of crossing yet to me that Bar made Noosa look like and ripple.
