over head combo or rod reel

Hi, can someone tell me of an overhead level wind combo or rod and reel that is rated to at least 40lb and the rod is no longer then 7ft that I can cast for as cheap as possible

Seriously, you won't gain anything from what you are currently doing. Just go into a proper tackle shop one weekend and talk to the guys there. Say what you want it for, and they'll tell you the best rod and reel for the job. Or alternatively, actually tell us what you are fishing for and with what method and we may be able to help you ("we" being the forum). I haven't seen a post of yours specifying what you want to catch yet.
