Tingalpa Creek Help

Was looking for a spot to go to get out of the wind i am at cleveland and was wondering what tingalpa creek is like was thinking about this arvo either side of high tide i have a 4.2 m tinny is it any good up there or any other suggestions of locations would be great

u will be ok at high tide .

be careful at low ,just nice and slow .lots of rocks and shallow water.

from the train bridge up to the left hand bend its almost a 90 ,not really shallow water but rocks in a few spots.more on the right side of the river and middle .

from the train bridge to the mouth some rocks but more just shallow water /sand bars .

we have done ok there ,mainly bream ,but cod ,Flathead ,whiting and small Moses perch .

we have caught there.

prawns and gar there to fair bit of live bait around .

that's the area,s i have fished /explored .

where the green squares are there is a channel but some spots are real shallow at low tide .
