I have recently purchaced a set of bushmaster binoculars 16/50 which has long eye relief and anti glare lenses.I was so impresed with them I got another set the other day 20/60 also bush master brand from bcf in Ipswich.$135.the 20/60 pair are water resist not water proof.

the 20/60 pair are very powerful and a steady hand is needed to focus on a particular object.to powerful to be used from a boat.the binoculars realy need to be steady.they would be great for whale watching off the headlands for eg.

the 16/50 would be more suited for the boat.the 20/60 pair allow more light to hit the lenses so the general picture that you look at is nice a bright.

The 16/50 pair of binoculars are water proof and were $165 also very powerfull and with anti glare lenses allows you to look at an object into the sun (not at the sun)with out your eyes stinging from magnified glare.how ever the picture is a little less bright than the other pair.

I was doin a bit of mucking around with them today at home putting the camera lens upto the eye piece of the binoculars and taking photos.

Iam so impressed at these binocs that I thought I would put em up hear on a thread for any one that was ever thinking of a set of binocs these are real bang for buck and the best set I have ever owned.

You can see that there a bit fuzzy around the edges.Thats because iam not using the binocs to there full capacity magnification.there is still half a turn left on the focus adjustment. The further you look the clearer they get around the edges.that Hill/mountain must be at least 20km away. There the hills of pullinvale near kenmore and iam in ipswich.

so yeah there got the thumbs up from me B)
