bait jig sizes

Hi, I want to start using live bait please can someone tell me what size bait jig I would need for herring , and poddy mullet for Jew and threadfin salmon at the mouth of breakfast creek also I have got a size 10 jig already please can you tell what size and type of bait that will get me and do you know what the size and bag limits are for them

hey Corey size 10 to size 12 are good you should have luck but a lot of the guys around use cast nets to get lives good luck
