its school holidays again and i took my kids down for a snap sesh down the mouth.

bailey was the first to score with a 41cm snap on the first drop, i set the other rods out and bailey dropped again after a quick pic, and sure enough his new reel starts screaming. a good battle was had and bailey boated a great 45cm snap that went hard. so 86cm of pink in the first 2 drops :laugh:

while the other rods lay quite, bailey dropped again and is on again , this time a great 45cm flatty, bailey decided it was best to release as it was not pink :laugh: i love my boy

finally i hook up a keeper at 35cm :woohoo:

not long after and bailey is on again, his bloody rod just wont stop buckling over :laugh: he boats a snap at 43 cm.

we went for a drive for a toilet break, then we went back to the spot and sure enough bailey is on again, but this one gave it to him while summer watched on.

again he boated a 45cm snap

was a great time with the kids even though summer didnt fish she just watched on and waited for the waves to rock the boat.

I was just saying the same thing to faulked last Friday night. For all the excitement and anticipation of having a livey out, I think the pilly still outfishes them.....well for a lot of species anyway.
