Late report from 1770 a couple of months ago.

Was going to post some videos but have been too busy to edit the footage so hear is a few pics.

Drove up to 1770 for an overnighter to Fitzroy and got ontoa couple of nice red emperor and other fish half way there. Caught a few more fish that afternoon including grassies, coral trout, pearlies, red throat, tuskies and maori cod.

It blew its tits off the net morning. Pounded 70km back straight into a 20knot wind.

Good trip overall but I was the only one not to get a legal red emperor. :(

I know.

Last trip we did a bit better. Still its only our second trip up that way so we are still learning and finding new spots.
