Hey Guys,

Will be putting the yak in at 5 tomorrow if anyone else is keen they are more than welcome. Seabreeze looks good at this stage, as long as the rain stays away.

The last time I ventured out at this time a scared a 2.5m whaler feeding in less than 1m of water which nearly tipped me, so a buddy would be good :ohmy:

Funny u say that....cause I was moving the boat out at North Straddie a few months ago and about the same size bull or whaler was going burko in the shallows chasing a ray!!

Awesome to watch...made me a bit nervous to wade out to move the boat! :dry:

What time Friday?

I wouldn't be able to hit the water until 3, might be a little late.

The reds were there this morning but I only managed 1 legal at 42. Wouldn't mind another 1 or two for the inlaws, for a weekend BBQ, which may see me out there.

Did see a school of tuna chasing the thousands of bait fish that were around at dawn.

Also managed to land plenty of little taylor, fun but hard on the plastics.

I'll be getting there around 3ish myself. Just going to give the small plastics a whirl and try for a few sweetlip, and maybe a snapper bycatch
