fishing out towards fisherman island?

hey has anybody been fishing out towards fishermans island or off paringa road somewhere? is it a good spot to fish around these areas? i have heard it is a good spot.

I have'nt fished Paringa Rd but It looks like it would be worth a go. One spot thats popular is under the bridge between mainland and Fishermans Island, been along time since I fished there but used to produce some good bream.

the black bream will be runnin thru there soon...i have sat there one day and watched these old buggas get em all day....i couldnt get a thing....they wernt to keen to share any secrets too...funny ole buggas:lol: ...what do they taste like anyone know?

what about the other side of fishermans island? i have heard there is some drop offs there

James the Black Bream we got at wello point were one of the better eating fish i have had.

And Jaffa, under the bridge is the go i think. Gooloie actually posted a really nice jack he got there recently.
