USA Shipping services

Has anyone used one of the shipping services in USA I am thinking of using Shipito who charge a $8.50fee plus postage costs to foward parcells to Australia.I am looking at getting an ipilot from a seller who only ships to the continental USA.

probably will not cost much if its small.

Shipping from Gloomis from memory for one rod a month ago was $70.00, yes true.

The company they used last year was UPS and it cost $50.00 for a rod delivered very quick.

If your paying less than 10.00 the it must not be very big.

By The Way UPS are reputable.

While I've not used them myself, I've read lots of good reports about shipito from people who were bringing in the N900 mobile phones from the US when it wasn't available here.

No fuss, fast delivery and everything arrived safe and sound from every report that I had read - something like 40-50 people.

Well I am very happy with them. They notified me when the item arrived at their premises and I had to fill out a customs declaration for them to include in the package. They just relabeled the original package and sent it on. I have ended up with an minnkota i pilot adaptor kit for a sp minnkota landed in Australia for $400 au compared with local price of $750.

Now all i have to do is to get the minnkota with the round grey plug as local bcf told me that you can modify the flat black plug type. ( They were wrong )
