Hey Brad,

When you say fresh do you mean not previously frozen?

If so I reckon one of the asian fish markets at Sunnybank will be your best bet. We get a lot of our offshore bait from there or Inala.

Otherwise if you are after good quality frozen stuff check out Brisbane Fisherman's Co at 101 Riverside Pl Morningside. They have good bait and good prices. Much better than Terry's Bait ecuse for pillies.

hey brad I get quality bait from the fish shop on blunder rd /inala av.

pillies are firm and the tails are not really tattered almost perfect looking.

octopuss all sizes,calamari,squid,slimmy macs.

even got fish fry by the kg for sale. (wtf) :X cant believe what some people will eat.

agree with mick, the one at durack has some good quality seafood for bait and consumption. it's right next door to the shell petrol station.

Yeah I get my fresh pillies from either Sunnybank(yuen's market at the back of the store) or Inala( dont know the name ) fish markets better off getting it from Sunnybank...

Off the top of my head the pillies go $4.95/kg at sunnybank and the inala ones go $5.95/kg
