Tilson Lures

Hey Guys and Girls.

My mate recently gave me some Tilson Bass Lures for my birthday. I was wondering if anyone has used them and what the review is like.

I heard they are good for bass.

the barra in jaffa is meant to be a great jack lure, so the bass one would be a decent snack am hoping (cos i have one).

Tilsan was bought out by halco several years back and they are a good parent company to be under.

got a few great general purpose lure never thrown one4 at a bass but flathead tailor and travs seem to like them

I've got a few in 1 of my lure trays and they go alright on flathead and been known for accounting for some good bream.

i have caught a few bream,flathead on thease lures and also got busted of in shulz by a cod or jack i think so i would gather a bass would hit them there a good all round lure.brad

tilsans are a great trolling lure for flatty , trevs, tailor, cod, jacks, bream, moses and bass, they are most of the critters i have caught on them. there is a bad batch of the smallest model tilsan that are rejects with bad bib gluing and not straight.

still my goto lure for trolling, used them up at noosa 2 weekends ago and got 5 trevs and a tailor in a half hour session.

Hey mate.. These are a great lure. cousin in Cairns got me into the barra range and after a gold bomber they would be me the first thing I tie on for jacks and barra up north. Started looking into the bass range and the little pink ones are flatty candy. On the troll or even casting over a drop off.

Not so sure in the dams etc but good good lures. My tackle box is starting over flow with them

hey wes ya right about a dodgy batch of em. now got 13 of em that are crap and are also spliting open.

this new batch of em I got are alot better.
