These were in plague proportions off Mud on the weekend. They were being caught on everything, even a soft plastic on a hand line after my mate lost his rod overboard but that's another story... but bloody funny as it was the same day Benno pulled up his rod as it turned out.

Some have suggested livebait, but I can't say I've tried them myself. I get the most joy throwing them back....bloody nuisances.

when were up north in the whitsundays caught plenty and were used as strip bait but apparently great eating if they get big ebough but those might be okay livies that size
