Bar Crossing courses

Just wondering if anyone has info on bar crossing courses. Thinking of getting 'The Skipper' one for fathers day as he's been thinking about it for a while to try the reefs off Straddie and Goldie.

Dhess and I were talking about last week and I'm chasing up a local up here in Noosa who does the course I suppose the South bar would be the harder course of the 2 though

I can highly recomend the one that Bill Corten runs on the south passage bar out of Manly. Lots of hands on work out on the bar through the three passages as well as once you are compentent in and out through the surf. One warning though you will be wanting to upgrade the boat after a day out on Bills 685 cruise craft, I did
