Boat Ramp Update

The new boat ramps will remain closed to the public until the completion of the Project. The new boat ramps have been designed to accommodate the new water levels once Stage 3 is complete. As the dam is still at the Stage 2 level the water level is too low and as such the new ramps will remain closed. Access is maintained via the existing boat ramp on Nerang Murwillumbah Road..

They are no longer blaming vandalism and in other words they have finally admitted that they have stuffed up the design and have wasted a sh!tload of money building a unsafe ramp.

The funny thing is that if you ring the 1800 number they will tell you that the new ramp is closed due to vandalism.

The old temp eastern ramp was supposed to be reopened next week but has been delayed by the rain.

More excuses than greenbottle.
