Pelican Waters Canal fishing

Hey anyone been fishing at pelican waters lately?

thinking of taking a trip down today to have a little flick for bream and other relevant species just wondering if it'll be worth my while?

also open to suggestions on other good spots in the sunshine coast area

The 1st KFT round was at Pelican Waters, not many bream were pulled out of the canals, most were caught on the flats straight opposite on the sheltered side of Bribie.

There were a few trevs and whiting around the area.

Between Bells and Coochin Cr has been hot for whiting over the last month.

Most of the sunny coast river's and canals are very fresh atm I'd try Noosa or Moolooabah in the lower reaches..
