can any one tell me where i can the webbing used in trailer winches

Most boating places will have it. Go for either the webbing strap or the spectre rope if its not too exxy. Steer clear of the old school wire.

Have a look on the drum at what there is to fix it too. Some have a slot to slide the webbing into and then a couple of turns to make it bite on, others have a recessed eye for the spectre rope as this may sway your decision.

And just remember to secure it to the drum, otherwise there will be a lot of winching and not much progress being made (just an observation I had once :-) )
