spotted (barred)grunter (barred javelin fish) legal length 40cm, as opposed to the small -spotted grunter (silver javelin) legal length 30cm

I don't think that's right, Gad.

Here's a link to the DPI limits etc

No legal size and a bag of 20 from what I can determine.

that link is freshwater Banded (barred Grunter) no size 20 take

comes in under javelin fish...unless I`m badly mistaken

Salt water...east coast/gulf spotted/ barred grunter (barred javelin fish) legal length 40cm.

This is a freshwater fish :)

Yes Lazyboy - you can use them for livebaiting where you caught them.
