queensland shultz canal sharking sesh 1/11/2010

hey all

pat myself and two of our mates are going for a shark sesh in shultz canal tommorrow just wondering if anyone would like to tag along. we will be metting up at the two bridges on nudgee road near the soccer feild at 5am and we will be riding to the golf course so if you did want to tag along bring a bike and some shark gear.

Can anyone give me an idea of what sort of gear & rigs are needed for these fish?

for sharks we use 40-80lb nylon coated wire cut it about 1 meter long with a swivel around 80lb breaking strain 8/0-10/0 just depends on what size you like but those sizes are good and some crimps around 60-80lb breaking strain and you should be set then once you have finished the rig just tie it straight on ya mainline
