After a quick visit to Boggy Creek Sunday and only smallish Flathead to show for it I was wanted some more weighty to load my new set up with.

So without much more consideration Do$tylz, Ryanyoung and I went off to hit the fresh.

After a bit of walking and flicking I was on and this was the result...

Really loving my new set up :)

Ryan also managed a Bass and much to everyones frustration we all had a couple of dropped fish.

Cheers.

thats the way to the new rod a work out angus

Thanks Tugger :)

Yeah insanely happy with the rod.

For something thats considered by most light even for bream fishing, it handled that yella well considering the fish weighed 5 times (at least) the average bream!

nice angus, what lure did you get it on?

It was a pontoon 21. Forgot the name but I have asked Rob.

Fat little thing looks a bit like a Chubby.

Thats the one mate :)

But in a frog colour.

Yeah I know you cant get them yet. Not till early next year.

This is a shame as I did eventually loose this lure to a snag and it was my only one :(
