Articulated jigs

Just made my first batch of 50 articulated jigs from a mould I purchased from the UK.

Sizes are 25gm, 45gm, 60gm and 75gm.

Hooks are VMC 7/0 and will be using 6/0, 7/0 and 8/0 for the next batch.

A corrogated strip of lead has been added to the hook shank to hold soft plastics.

The jig swims better than normal jigs where the hook is melted into the jig head.

I will sell them as soon as I have made some more and testing is complete. Awaiting more VMC and Mustad hooks.

Will place an add on this site when I am happy with the quality.

Mate they are coated with CS Coatings super glow powder paint, baked in an oven and then coated with crystal clear two pack gloss.

I have given out about 20 to my fishing buddies to try and am awaiting reports on how effective they are. I need to see how the hook size is working as I may do them in 6/0, 7/0 and 8/0 . I am considering also doing them with a 6/0 worm hook.
