[Little Grey Men]

I hit the creek this morning before the harvesters arrived. Ominous blue storm clouds were hanging in the sky above my destination which told me that I was in for a chance of some action.The fish loved the weather and I ended up unpinning eight bass and two yellas from my lures.

Good pics there mate. I went up that way last night for a donut......The first one in a long time from that location. It was at the tail-end of the weekend though. Good to see they are back on the chew.

I reckon over the years, we have fished the same water a lot, so those odds could be pretty good mate.

I'm planning on a few night trips...last time I threw a line in there at night I took a mate who'd never caught a bass and we got 17 including a 48cm one for him. His eyes were like saucers during the fight :woohoo:

Hey Dino and Kiwi, sure has been strange with them not taking lures for so long. I couldn't work it out. I hope they've woken up to themselves because I've spent a small fortune on magic little jap lures lately

I wonder why the bass in the dam have gone lure shy and these ones seemed to do the same for quite a while. I remember a while back when you'd head down there and get hammered all morning on lures. Bloody bass, mongrel things to work out !!!
