Hi all, i have got a GT 325 Abu Garcia overhead reel, it has a line capacity for mono line of: 17lb/350yds. 20lb/300yds. 30lb/190yds, and was wondering how much power pro 30lb braid it will take, so i know to buy the 300m pack of the 500m one,

the braid has the diameter 0.28mm same as 8lb mono.

depends what you want to buy but you can always top shot it with braid by buying the 300m depends how much you think you will use

Yep anything more than 300m is a waste of time unless you are goingg to be fishing 130m deep +.

Just get the 300m and put some thick mono backing under it to fill out the spool.

Hi, i was going to be balloning for sharks, tuna, and that sort of thing, do you think 300m would be ok

Personaly, i would have at least 300m of mainline and about 100m backing line. Just 2 be sure you don't get spooled if you hook into a big 1:P

hey mate yer that should be heaps just be careful when fighting the fish that the line doesnt touch anybody or it will do some damage:

If you use the 300yards of power pro you will only need 116.49mtrs of 10kg backing
