just finished the Xmas smoked chooks,hams and bacon.

We pumped them the day before we went to Glenlyon and left them sitting in the brine till I came back.

Didnt bother doing a whole pig this year its too much of a hastle butchering it and we end up with a lot of cuts that we dont eat so just brought the 2 hams and a few bellies for the bacon.
