Hey guys,

Since my kayak has so many bull shark teeth marks in it, it no longer floats for longer than 10 mins out in the water.

Just letting you know, if anyone is heading out in the future, I'd love to tag along and have a fish.

If you've wanted to take the boat out but no one wants to come along, please PM me, I'm a younger (23yo) fella and am always killing to go out, and make some friends along the way.

welcome to the site mate. Post a photo of the bite marks. Check the going fishing area. There are always decky spots posted up there

I usually bum deckie spots myself but If I am doing anything exciting land based locally I will give you a hollar...

Soldering iron + butter knife = kayak repair kit. Heat area with soldering iron and then smooth over with butter knife. Just don't have iron too hot. Won't look the best but then again what do you care if you just use it to get attacked by bull sharks :woohoo:

Angus - absolutely, I'd be happy to come and check out some new spots.

WayneD - I'll have a look at it, it's not beyond repair or anything, the problem is that they're not straight bite marks - the plastic is also twisted. I'll get some photos out soon.
