After being inspired by 51MPL's GH action i thought id go and have a squidgerididge at a few 'private' waterways

Happy to report a cool little tussle and successful release of a herring.... Not to sound unappreciative of a rare target its what i saw and had smash my Dog X that got me really excited !!!:woohoo: :evil: :ohmy: :ohmy: :ohmy:

Not ONE but a PAIR of the biggest Jacks ive ever seen !!!! Who says you need hot weather to bring on the red dogs?? Two swipes that missed the metal and a fully airborn hit in cold, blustery rain!! No hookups thank god in a way as i was fishing 6lb and would have lost the lot:pinch:

Hopefully i'll get some DSLR shots this weekend.. keep all posted. cheers again 51MPL

Hey Jono, i was surprised at how quickly it recovered and bolted mate, was under the impression that they were VERY fragile, mind you i did handle it with kid gloves...

Angus will def hook up a 'belated' battle of dunwich crew and have a go down there soon, still just working it out a bit.....

werewolf its a Megabass Dog X, not cheap but i love em!! That same lure now has a large 'canine' hole in it after a VERY big hit and run this morning... it also used to float. Its being plugged with super glue as i type.... hope it works
