So, I've got my boat up and running, fishing rods and reels in prestine condition.

The weather has improved, so Im ready to head out.

Only problem is, as my fishing spot (the brisbane river fresh) is not doing to well at the moment, I need a new place to fish.

So, if anyone knows a good spot to fish, I have a spot free on the boat for the 6th of Feb.

Looking at the MATSAT images you may need a plan B

Anna`s a bit concerned, but then again a week is along time,it may keep north of Cancer or it could just all go away

Don`t know ,looking at some Meteorology computer models forecasts,of what may or may not happen for the next 14 days, the whole Coral Sea area looks interesting.

Just by looking at what has been happening with TC Anthony over the last week up north shows it`s anyones guess this far out.TC Anthony seems to have had more ups and downs reintensifising than a dads pants in his haydays

Thats true Gad. Here's hoping it holds out for us all?

Hows the Coomera river fishing anyone know?

I think id like to hit the Gold coast somewhere, so if anyone knows the area and is free on the sixth, let me know. I could use a navigator!;)

So im thinking ill head to Coomera river, and us this boat ramp as entry:

Anyone used it before?

I know from a few old reports there used to be a few good jacks in the river there, anyone fished there lately?

Yak is ready! Hoping to be at coomera boat ramp about 430-5. Just going to yak instead of boat, too much hassle with the boat etc etc. If anyone out there tomorrow morn say g'day.

God luck for those fishing tonight/tomorrow
