While out the other night with the crazy man my new okuma broke about 25cm down from the tip.Today I took it back to Charltons tackle at Redbank and walked in and talked to Tri and the tall young bloke sorry don't know his name and with out hesatation he just replaced it, no questions asked SO THANKYOU VERY MUCH thats how you look after you customers,again thankyou very much.

only been in once, due too the distance from my area, but seem to have a great range and friendly staff.

yeah not a bad bunch of girls!! :lol: they put up with my regular visits and reports of fish. have all ways been looked after for every thing, at the moment if you want burly they are doing 4kg box of pilchards for 10 bucks, think its older stock but still fine for burly..

agree with all said above,these guys also do a great job chasing up and ordering in reel parts when needed and finding hard to source gear.
