Winter Camp Ribs!

Ok this will be a progressive cooking report as I wont be slow BBQ'ing them till tonight and re-heating and eating till Saturday!

But here is the rub. A combination of sweet paprika, garlic, chilli, cumin, oregeno, salt, pepper, brown sugar.

And rubbed into the ribs with each rib weighing between 100 and 200 grams...
