Boat storage location needed - Ipswich area

Guys and Girls,

Do you want to earn free beer?

I am looking at purchasing a sailing catamaran (4.4m) in the not too distant future to race at Wivenhoe Dam as part of the Brisbane Valley Sailing Club.

BUT... I already have a boat and car in the garage and dont have access to the backyard to store this boat.

SO.. Do you have a huge machinery shed, an undercover lean too off your shed you dont use?

Ideally I would love to put the boat in the corner of a machinery shed or something, somewhere between Ipswich and Wivenhoe ie Fernvale, Rosewood, Lowood etc. There is no washing, or flushing of motors, due to it not having a motor and being fresh water use.

And yes, I would pay rent with beer, scotch or rums.... your call.
