sorry to bombard everyone with food posts BUT had to share what an awesome fish fresh bay squire simply are

pics to talk,

cheers for viewing

freshest squire only

coriander root, lemongrass, spring onion, viet mint, lime and tomato

cook for around 12-15 mins @180

pour fish 'juices' and kikoman soy over steamed jasmine rice

smash it (cheeks an' all)
