Riddle me this batman!

I have heaps of old dilly net,which can no longer be used for withche's hat dillies.

I am unable to locate any info in regard whether I can use this netting (ie net size or gauge) as a normal upside down dilly.

Is this too fine a gauge that fisheries or the friggin do good greenies hammer me.
