queensland Bad days fishing

well after starteing out at 2.30am this morning we headed to the spit to catch the morning high, after fisihng the for several hours and only a couple bites we decided to move north only to find out out car was bogged in the sand. so after an hours wait for racq to come to our rescue we were off. and straight away at jacobs well the fish were biting, unfortuanlty for us the sand flies were biting a hell of alot worse which ment another move so a few hours there without a bite and we were really getting annoyed so in a last stitch effort we hit the logan river and ended up with 2 catfish and an eel, most ppl would groan at that but i was glad to have finally caught somthing after having fished for 8 hours with no results, besides they are gna be real good bait in the crab pots this weekend. so all in all yes it was a bad days fishing but it still beats a good days work anytime.

thats it, i havnt caught a keepable fish in months but im hitting the bay this weekend on a boat so i know thats gna increase my chances. fingers crossed!
