queensland boxing day social - 2011

Hey everyone.

After an exceptional session on boxing day 2010 do$tylz and i have decided to try and recreate that awesome day this year. I was thinking I would open the invite and make a social out of it.

So, the plan.

Where? Wello point.

Start whenever you want.

Fish where ever you want.

Use whatever you want.

We will meet back at the ramp at midday for bbq and a yarn.

Open to any and all.

Please feel free to offer deckie spots if you have them. Would be great to get some otherwise land trapped anglers on the water for x-mas.

hmm i start work at 23.30 on christmas day so if i can find somewhere closeby to work to store the boat. i'll leave it there - finish work, pick it up and meet yas at the ramp.

in this changeable feral weather,have a couple of possible destinations in mind that take the possible weather conditions into consideration

make the final choice a bit closer to launch time

Wife is away so i can come out to play, I will be land based unless someone lets me be there decky, is anyone else doing this land based, and where abouts in coomera is the meetup.

Robin I will be launching at the ramp at the Coomera lake. Cant speak for anyone else as the weather I think has thrown it for a few. The ramp does have some reasonable land based based options and across the lake the weir does as well. Sorry I cant offer a deckie spot as I am already the deckie

I'm staying in tomorrow as well, my gear kayak boat etc has all been parked in for the night and I can't be bothered moving four cars to get mine out. Besides, the revenue collecters will be out in force tomorrow
