Theres heaps of options mate, the clarence river is huge and theres a lot of spots to fish.

As mentioned earlier, middle wall is worth a go for bream and maybe a jew. As with the rest of the walls around the mouth.

Further up river, Browns rocks is a very popular spot. Its a rocky reef in the main river. Its a few KM up river from the mouth. Let me know if you want the exact location. This place is good for bream as well as jew.

Palmers island rock wall is also worth a try. Theres heaps of spots to fish. Mite be worth popping into Yamba Bait and Tackle to see whats been biting.

If you have any heavy surf gear, the rocky headlands are also worth a shot. I know in winter they get big tailor and jewies, not so sure about summer but Im sure they will be there.

Hope this helps!

Hi P & H

Maybe drop into Maclean Outdoors for some tips.

Nine Pin Rock might be an option at Maclean.

RSL in Maclean is good for a feed too. Looks out over the water..

In count down mode, will be down there this time next week, for 10 days. Leave a few in there for me eh.

If the swell is good, worth a drive to Brooms Head. Can see some rocks out the front, to the left of the headland. They would be fun to yak around.

Top spot down there.

Sparksie
