Sunshine coast bass

G'day everyone. Does anyone have any ideas on where to chase some bass on the sunshine coast? I live at Maroochydore. I dont have a boat or yak so will be off the banks. I dont expect anyone to give up secret locations just a general idea where to poke around and try.

Try using google maps to look at the upper reaches of your local rivers and creeks.

Look for access at road and pathway crossings. Also look for parks along waterways.

You could also approach farmers to see ir you can get access via their property.

In some instances, some bush trekking may be required.

Have a look at the upper reaches of the north and south arms of the Maroochy river. Some banks can be quite rocky and you should be very careful.

My first ever bass was at Wappa Falls but note that several people have drowned there.
