Hey mate, we fish the peir a fair bit head to the end of the peir and cast out towards the very tip of woody point that where we have our most success, there has been a shit load of rays and shovel noses around.

heres a few videos from the last 2 trips http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JkZkP7EoBQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=edBKfh0mPuE&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQPYKOp0BAA&feature=BFa&list=SPE8CC494AD8016F32&lf=list_related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PBMn2eZuTQ&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7OJiCjWg7I0&feature=related

Mate with 20 knot plus winds in the bay and plenty of swell Im guessing that shallow area of the bay is going to be pretty stirred up!! :pinch:

its so shit when the wind is blowing there you cant cast far, it gets so cold at night and theres never any live bait arond best is to go the on a little southly wind with no swell good luck

Should be alright for a go at some bream, whiting or flatties and the odd tailor closer to shore (not so far up the jetty, or off the rocks on the opposite side) on the rising tide even when its blowing or the waters dirty..

Just also brings rays and catties on the bite sometimes.
