just got back from my trip out with the old man. I went to mouth first to fish the incoming tide with lots of activity the usaul vermin a few ripper bream 2 i kept one i released many smaller bream caught to all looking very healthy. then moved down the pine at high and fished just off the bridge straight up got another cracker of a bream biggest being 36cm. then it went dead so moved even deeper into the pine to check a few my fave spots to see if they were producing. to much debris in the river further down so i turned back and headed to the scarborough bridge to fish the out going tide. lots of hits many snaps off heaps of tackle lost but caught some good fish only keeped five of the bream and will make excellent lunch tomorrow on the bbq for me and the family. hopefully in a few weeks pine will be recovered enough to get further up to target some other species as im sick of catching the bream. better then catching nothing but. photos to come .
