I thought I might buck the trend, Zano and I went fishing, and guess what? As normal we caught, jack fr1ggin squat! But at least the undersized squire and grinners were fun on the light gear, and it was a lovely day. I reckon we have to be the unluckiest (or cr@ppiest) fishermen with boats on AFO, I got one hit on my slimey all day on boat rock!! Good to see others did well over the weekend.

I got my bag of squire by 7.30 this morning right at the end of the markers into Wello, but I don't use a boat that scares the fish away

It wasnt just you guys man. Fishings being slow for past few weeks for me too.

It was slow for us yesterday too. We did get a feed but it was so slow. We had a small window yesterday n we got the fish up quickly in the morning n than it quitened down.

Same as today got fish first few drops on sunrise and it quitened down.

We had a fair few unstoppables wide of the rock. Nearly got 1 up but he went straight back down.

Theres always next weekend. Hopefully weathers good

yeah the fishing wasnt the best but who cares!

me and eddie (eddie and i for the punctuation police) had the 12 volt flat screen tuned into the double header of footy whilst anchored up for the night at peel island :woohoo: sitting back having some beers and hookin into some moroccan lamb wraps.

then woke up before the sun on saturday and cooked up some bacon and egg wraps for breaky, serghut and terry h swung past on the way to the bar, they kept moving after a quick gday and we caught up with them out at the rock along with shano, callum and regulated.

i reckon its the way to go now, if ur planning an offshore trip on the sat, go spend the night at peel and sleep in.

i cant guarentee fish but i can guarentee a good time!!
