I was going to tag along in my new tinnie, but i can only do friday,and the wind has died a bit by then as well.Going to hit the seaway for some gt action hopefully.

You getting much in the pimpama at the moment.

I did last time I went there mate. I lost acouple of decent fish but caught some big flatties there. What time are you heading out Friday?? Plus I only have a 6hp on the back so I would be a slow trip lol

I'll be out first light, cast net livies, then plastics.only inside the seaway my tinnies only 3.7.fish till about 10.30.

Only really fished it last friday,Havnt been out for a while, which i had a great morning catching trevally and jewies on zoom plastics.Which i posted a report and video - GT's in the seaway.

Have started to use zman plastics,but i have to super glue them to the jighead.

had the same problem with the zman plastics i was using hidden weight worm hooks and the plastics kept sliding down ther hook

I had the same problems with zmans at first. They kept coming off. Now i put a little bit of super glue on the ribs on the jighead before sliding plastic in. Never comes off.

One of the best plastics out atm i reckon. Dont have to keep changing after every fish.

What do you guys use for GT's up there?

jeff/shane i think super glue is the way to go, good flexible plastic.

Shane i was using 7 inch zoom plastics for the trevally.

Bought some damiki 5 inch plastics last week give them a go.
