im with keen as some form of gudgeon probly washed into the river from the rain we had a lil while ago. its nose looks too pointy for a sleepy and they dont have those orange dots on them (that i know of , could be wrong)

Hi Guys,Yep, butis butis it is.

Flat head gudgeon is Phylipnidon grandiceps and Dwarf flathead is Phylipnidon Macrostoma (not sure on spelling but you get the jist of it)

most gudgeons spend part of their life in esturine habitats at some point, so not uncommon to catch.

their harmless by the way.
