queensland Port side luck NPD 24/6/12

Took Rick and Joy to NPD this morning in pretty bleak conditions.

Joy said where will I sit and Rick said down the stern on the port side as that is the lucky seat.

Joy gave us a look of disbelief but ended up sitting there under duress.

!0 bass later including her to date PB of 47 then 2 fish later a further upgrade to 50cm without either of us raising a scale she says you are right this is a good seat. :'(

We ended up with a few fish each but Joy thrashed us.

Total of 24 bass and 1 tandan so well worth the trip.

Next time Joy sits in the bow.

I didnt take any nuts to crack so indulged in some boot repair work with zip ties.

Good size Bass Love the boot repairs, mine need doing to but I might load them with silicon first so they don't leak

A spot in the stern port seat is a good incentive to give up the durries.

I sika flexed my boots but not 100% happy. Hole punch and zippies are in the tackle box for next time
