queensland Nice evening on the bay

Just got in from the bay 45 mins ago and it was nice and calm with only a bit of boat traffic to throw up some ripples. Its the first chance I have got to get my two young fellas out since they started school holidays. Fishing was a bit quiet compared to the last few weeks but the youngest got top honours again with a nice snap and his big brother snaring the only other keeper. Probably another dozen plus undersize fish came in and a single undersized tailor and trumpeter the only variety.

Plenty of fart jokes, laughs and smiles made for a less than peaceful albeit fun night :silly:

Nice snaps mate

I thought it was only me who thought the fishing was slow. Still got our bag but had to work hard for it, most of the fish came off lightly weighed taylor fillets. We had a good bite on sunrise until other boats Rocked up and taylor moved in. They were a pain. Couldnt get plastics down without them hitting it.

Nice day on the water though
