Heya--

My current boat, 4.75 Stacer with 60HP Bigfoot 4strk currently has a 14P vengeance prop on her.

It currently gets a top speed of 23knts. I'm interesting in replacing it, as it has a few chips out from the previous owner. I've been reading up on recommendations for props and it's hard to figure out what the old girl actually needs!

When I have her at WOT which is 6K, it feels like the engine has way more to give after the 6K, which what I have read means it can take a bigger pitch prop.

So - What are some tips and tricks to figure out what prop to buy next without wasting >$300 on a bad choice.

Solas are awesome to deal with and would be the best customer service i have experienced in years and they will keep sending you out props no questions asked untill you find the one that you are happy with.
