hi all thought i would give a report on the trip today .we left at 6am after de-iceing the car and dragging the kids out of bed.We headed off through Peachester catching up with horse floats all he way to Kilcoy we hit the dam about 7.20 -a long trip heaps of mist over the dam,and only 3 trailors there.we baited the pots fruit-pet mince dog biscuits so we were hoping to get a nice feed of crays we dropped the pots in 18-22ft of water with trees along the bank and timber in the water 16 of them we got w8 4 it 1 and 3 fish about 2 inches long .we had a great day watching the speed skiers fly across the dam there mad!!!! so im yet to get a feed from that dam. :dry:

Better luck next time but it can be a tuff dam to catch fish at at times but surprised that you didn't get any red claw but there's always next trip

m8 im used to not catching but had a good time [ a day on the water is better than work]

Don't feel too bad man I also had 7 soaking for 2 days out at Lake Moogerah for a grand total of 1 also. Still a nice weekend away from all the crap.
