Ok a honda 250 motor bke engine has now been sourced.

Have to work out how clutch and shifter are to be installed for the driver

Shouldn't be to hard shortie, usually just a longer lever for the gears, a few twists and bends to get it near the drivers hip.

Clutch dito, generally is just the hand brake handle set under a foot pedal.

We did one as a high school project and fashioned up a stick on tIe left hand side oe the driver with linkages to make it 1 forward and 5 back gears. Clutch was just the handlebar handgrip mounted on the same stick.

What's the real axle set up? Is there a diff or does it just drive 1 wheel? You might have over power issues if it just drives one wheel due to weight distribution over 4 wheels instead of 2 like a bike.

We ran a live axle so no diff and were drifting long before they were doing it in Tokyo
